I built my real estate business and my non-profit in large part based on my own various struggles.  Managing the transition of real estate after my father passed was one of the most arduous experiences I ever went through – navigating the family, compartmentalizing emotions and developing a strategy absent of those emotions – it proved to be one of the more challenging sales of my career.
